Swallow's Tail Mate
The Swallow's Tail Mate, or Gueridon's Mate. The queen plants herself directly in front of the mated king. Similar to the Epaulette Mate, but here the king isn't between the blocking pieces (rooks in this case), he's one square diagonally from them.
